Nintendo has released the financial results for its 2021-22 Fiscal Year today, which is where it revealed updated numbers for games like Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. In it, the company sets expectations regarding upcoming releases.  According to Nintendo’s chart of its expected launch schedule, which you can see a screenshot of below, the Platinum Games-developed Bayonetta 3 is still aiming for a 2022 release on the Switch. Salt and Sacrifice, the sequel to acclaimed 2016 indie Souls-like Salt and Sanctuary, released this week for the PC, PS4, and PS5, and reviews are starting to come out. Salt and Sacrifice retains many of the same features as its predecessor, featuring hand-drawn visuals and side-scrolling action, as well as adding new elements like a new multiplayer hub area.Early reviews are mixed to positive, with many reviewers saying the sequel unfortunately doesn't live up to the promise of its predecessor. Salt and Sacrifice currently sports an aggregated score of 73 on GameSpot sister site Metacritic, while the original Salt and Sanctuary has a "generally favorable" score of 84. WWE's 2022 PPV Wrestlemania Backlash is in full effect. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins had a banger of a match to kick things off, and it may be one of the best WWE matches of the year so far.
