Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Philadelphia 76ers: How to watch live stream, TV channel, NBA start time

3rd Quarter Report Only one more quarter stands between the Timberwolves and the victory they were favored to collect coming into this evening. They have a bit of a cushion as they currently lead the 76ers 91-79. The Timberwolves came into the matchup with some extra motivation after the defeat they were dealt the last time these two teams faced off. We'll see if they're able to flip the script or if it'll just be more of the same.Who's PlayingPhiladelphia 76ers @ Minnesota TimberwolvesCurrent Records: Philadelphia 10-4, Minnesota 10-3How To WatchWhen: Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 8 p.m. ETWhere: Target Center -- Minneapolis, MinnesotaTV: Bally Sports - NorthFollow: CBS Sports AppFubo (Try for free) Fubo's holiday offer just kic...

Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk fight: Undisputed heavyweight showdown set for February in Saudi Arabia

The clash to determine the first undisputed champion of the four-belt era finally has a date. Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury will meet on Feb. 17 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with Usyk's WBA, IBF and IBO title and Fury's WBC belt at stake, both fighters' promoters announced on Thursday.Fury and Usyk signed the bout agreement in September but without a firm date. That was in part due to Fury's October clash with former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou.Conventional wisdom suggested Fury would easily handle Ngannou and that the bout with Usyk would go down on the planned Dec. 23 date. Instead, Fury barely survived the bout with Ngannou, suffering a cut, getting knocked down and losing the fight on one of the three offi...

Chargers’ Brandon Staley snaps at reporter, says media can ‘stop asking’ if he’ll be calling plays on defense

On paper, the Los Angeles Chargers have almost everything required to compete for an AFC playoff spot: a Pro Bowl quarterback in Justin Herbert; the NFL's touchdowns leader since 2021 in running back Austin Ekeler; a five-time Pro Bowl wide receiver in Keenan Allen; two Pro Bowl pass-rushers in Joey Bosa, who left with a leg injury in Week 12 and didn't return, and Khalil Mack; and All-Pro safety Derwin James. However, a 23-20 road loss at the struggling Green Bay Packers dropped their record to 4-6.Los Angeles had multiple opportunities to take the lead in the fourth quarter, but Ekeler fumbled on the 2-yard line with 12:54 left and then first-round pick receiver Quentin Johnston dropped a pass that may have gone for...

Shakur Stevenson vs. Edwin De Los Santos: Fight prediction, odds, undercard, start time, preview, how to watch

It may seem out of character for the typically jovial Shakur Stevenson but the unbeaten, two-division champion has swapped his trademark smile for that of a scowl entering Thursday's vacant WBC lightweight title bout in Las Vegas. Some of that is due to his opponent, Dominican slugger Edwin De Los Santos (16-1), whose pre-fight comments ahead of their title bout inside T-Mobile Arena have largely been dismissive of the 2016 Olympic silver medalist. Stevenson (20-0, 10 KOs) also made sure to bring receipts with him to Tuesday's press conference when the two faced off, telling his opponent, "You done f---ed up, I promise you. You done f---ed up … I'm going to put you to sleep."The real tension of late for the sublimely ...

Texans’ Denzel Perryman has suspension reduced to two games by the NFL for repeated illegal hits

On Tuesday, the NFL announced that Houston Texans linebacker Denzel Perryman was suspended for three games for repeated violations of playing rules intended to protect the health and safety of players. Perryman's suspension ended up not being as severe, as the suspension was reduced to two games. NFL appeals officer James Thrash, who is jointly appointed by the NFL and NFLPA, appointed the ruling (per ESPN). The violations include Perryman's illegal hit during the Texans' Week 10 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. The play cited in the league's announcement was a helmet-to-helmet hit on Bengals wide reducer Ja'Marr Chase in the fourth quarter. Perryman was flagged for unnecessary roughness at the time. NFL vic...
